Hello everyone! We are back at it after a small break in which we spent visiting London, Paris , and Rome....amazing! Now that we have taken care of that life dream we feel we are more ready than ever for this journey.
We decided on an all natural cycle which consisted of using an opk to monitor ovulation with NO meds, u/s, or b/w. We received our smiley indicating we would ovulate within 12 to 36hrs. Due to our work schedules we had to have our iui 48 hrs later. We also did not piggy back on this one we had one vial of sperm left from our current donor.
We have discussed again switching donor if this cycle does not work out.
We did our iui at the very last moment so if it does not work we have also decided to go in earlier. I have read that you can track ovulation more closely with body temp and the opk. After this journey and our 4th iui we are alittle pessimistic and it seems unreal that it will work so we have been alittle more relaxed. We are currently only 2dpiui so we ll see.
