Aunt Flo came to visit last Friday so we went to see the doctor on Saturday, she is back on Clomid days 3-7. We also had another viewing of the ovaries to make sure everything is still in order since the surgery was just on the 27th. She has 17 follicles this visit and her progesterone level was better than last month.
Still feeling a bit anxious! We are 9 days out from the Ovidrel injection and 10 away from IUI.
We have chosen to do back to back IUI's for our first try as we have read that many women conceive at the 36 hr mark, but our RE normally performs the IUI at 16 hrs post Ovidrel, seems alittle too soon to me so Id like to do another closer to the 36 hr mark. Heterosexual couples have the oppurtunity for more sperm exposure before and after the IUI where as we do not so this seems like it will increase our chances. Our RE has no problem with doing one IUI or two.
It feels like its going to be a long 10 days and then the 2ww...on goodness :0)

It does feel like a long time. We are currently in our 2ww and it feels like forever, but its exciting too!
